H01N2-D cable is a flexible rubber insulated wire designed according to DIN VDE 0282-803.  The list is the h01n2 d cable specification:

  • The conductor is class 5 annealed stranded copper wire.
  • The insulation is Neoprene rubber.H07RN-F and H0R5N-F cable also used same materials.
  • H01N2-D cable is particularly suitable for connections between welding tools and equipment, such as automotive and shipbuilding, conveyors, assembly lines, and welding robots.
  • It complies with European HAR safety and quality certifications, and may also have international certifications such as CCC, CE, CB, BS, SAA, SGS, etc., ensuring its versatility and safety in the global market.
  • Nominal Voltage:U0/U  220/600 volts
  • Testing Voltage U: 2500 volts acc.to DIN VDE 0282 part 2 + HD 22.2

H: Harmonized type. 01: Rated voltage 100V (for welding applications). N2: Polychloroprene (PCP) or equivalent synthetic rubber sheath. D: Flexible conductor (typically Class 5) for arc welding.
The main difference is flexibility. H01N2-D uses a Class 5 flexible conductor (standard flexibility), while H01N2-E uses a Class 6 extra-flexible conductor, making the "E" type better suited for robotics or highly dynamic applications.
It complies with EN 50525-2-81, IEC 60245-6, and holds flame retardant certification according to IEC 60332-1-2.
