90mm² welding cables are specifically designed to conduct high currents in welding applications. The term “90mm²” denotes the cross-sectional area of the cable conductor. The construction of the cable usually consists of a number of thin copper wires to make it easier to maneuver in the installation space, encased in a strong, oil resistant and flame retardant rubber insulation and jacket material. The high strand count and rubber insulation contribute to the flexibility of the cable.
Application:
The 90mm² rubber insulated wire cable is suitable for mobile installations as well as electrical installations with a rated voltage of 450/750V. It is also ideally suited for secondary voltage connections in welding machines, battery cables, temporary power transportation and delivery systems.
Features:
- Ultra-flexible with long flex life.
- Chemical, grease, oil and acid resistant.
- Weather, ozone and sunlight resistant jacket.
- High mechanical strength
