- Product Details
YJVR cable is a high-performance, flexible, low-voltage power cable designed for fixed installations requiring enhanced thermal performance and ease of handling. Its construction features finely stranded Class 5 flexible copper conductors, insulated with XLPE and protected by PVC outer sheath. This electrical cable is engineered for power transmission and distribution circuits in industrial plants and for connecting equipment. YJVR cables offer greater flexibility than YJV cable, making them suitable for installations requiring flexible routing through complex paths or operating in environments with elevated temperatures.
- Superior Flexibility: The “R” in YJVR signifies a soft, flexible structure. This cable is significantly more pliable than standard rigid power cables, making it easier to handle, pull, and terminate in the confined and complex spaces of industrial machinery and power systems.
- Durable and Reliable Construction: Excellent electrical properties and high insulation resistance; Heat aging performance, environmental stress crack resistance, chemical corrosion resistance.
- Certified and Compliant: Manufactured in strict accordance with international and national standards such as IEC 60502-1 and GB/T 12706.

FAQ
Can YJVR cables be used outdoors?
Yes, YJVR cables are designed for both indoor and outdoor use, offering protection against mechanical damage and exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
What is the main difference between YJVR and YJV cable?
Flexibility. YJV uses rigid conductors (Class 1 or 2), making it stiff and hard to bend. YJVR uses Class 5 flexible copper conductors (many fine strands). Choose YJVR for tight spaces or installations requiring frequent bending where YJV is too difficult to route.
Can YJVR cable be buried directly underground?
No. YJVR is unarmored and designed for flexibility ("R"). It lacks the mechanical strength to withstand soil pressure or crushing. For underground use, it must be installed inside a protective pipe/conduit, or you should switch to an armored cable like YJV22.
