TSJ Cable is a high-performance, flexible multiconductor power cord engineered for reliability in light-duty commercial, residential, and industrial applications. “TSJ “cable denotes: ‘T’ for thermoplastic (PVC) insulation, ‘S’ for service cord application, and ‘J’ for junior service. The “N” in TSJ-N indicates a nylon outer sheath. The TSJ cable typically uses highly flexible, bunch-stranded annealed copper conductors encased in a dual-layer system of thermoplastic insulation and a protective nylon sheath. This is all enclosed within a resilient outer jacket, ensuring a long service life. Available in configurations like cable TSJ 3×12, cable TSJ 3×10, and cable TSJ 2×12, it meets industry standards for low-voltage installations. It serves as the ideal wiring solution for powering portable tools, mobile appliances, temporary lighting systems, and heavy-duty extension cords.

  • Exceptional flexibility: Manufactured using Class 5 (also known as K-class) stranded annealed copper conductors; the cable can withstand repeated bending, twisting, and movement without conductor fatigue or breakage.
  • Dual-Layer Conductor Protection: Each individual conductor is protected by a dual-layer system. The first layer is a high-temperature-resistant (105°C) PVC insulation layer capable of safely handling electrical loads. The outer nylon jacket provides excellent mechanical protection during installation and use, resisting wear, scratches, and chemical corrosion.
  • Flame Test Rating: VW-1 / FT2; reduces fire risks in enclosed spaces.
