TGGT Wire is a single core high temperature cable designed for extreme temperatures and corrosive environments. Its four-layer composite construction gives excellent heat resistance, insulation stability and mechanical strength. The high temp wire TGGT can be operated stably in the extreme temperature range from -65°C to +250°C and meets the international safety certification standards such as UL、VDE、CE and ROHS.
“TGGT” meaning stands for the four-layer protection system of Teflon / Glass / Glass / Teflon.
- Inner Teflon: conductor insulation provides excellent electrical insulation and chemical resistance.
- Dual-layer Glass fibers: Braided and twisted to form a high-strength barrier against mechanical friction and high-temperature expansion.
- Outer Teflon: The sheath further protects against external moisture, oil and UV rays.
