Silver Plated Teflon Wire is designed for high frequency electronics, aerospace systems and high temperature industrial environments. The high temperature wires use silver-plated copper conductors and PTFE insulation to maintain stability between -30 °C and + 200 °C. It is MIL-W-22759/32 and UL 1330 certified, and the silver plating reduces high-frequency signal loss, making it the wire of choice for demanding applications in wire for electronics.
Product Features
- Multi-strand silver plating reduces impedance by 50% in the high frequency band, while the chemical inertness of PTFE increases its life by a factor of 3 in pickling equipment or fuel cells.
- PTFE is highly resistant to oils and lubricants; fuel resistant and non-flammable, as well as being very flexible with tensile strengths exceeding the flexibility of comparable solid core hook up wire.
- Safety approvals: UL 3271 (high-temperature resistant cables), RoHS/REACH (halogen-free and environmentally friendly), covering global compliance needs.
