MultiCore silicone rubber cable is a electrical wire type for high temperature, high flexibility and complex electrical requirements. Featuring a tinned copper conductor and double silicone insulation jacket, this silicone high temperature wire is ruggedly constructed to perform in temperatures up to 200°C (continuous) and 250°C (intermittent). It meets UL 3135, RoHS, and IEC 60684 standards. Available in customized configurations from 2 to 5 cores, the high temperature wire is perfectly suited for industrial heating systems, new energy vehicles, and aerospace equipment.
Product Features
- Oxidation-resistant tinned copper core has good conductivity, energy saving, durability and high safety.
- Wire sheath and insulation are wear-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, oil-resistant, long life and so on
- Silicone skin is soft, not easy to harden brittle and smooth surface.
- Halogen free (IEC 60754), low smoke emission (IEC 61034) and flame retardant (IEC 60332)
