High Temperature Wire 10 AWG features tinned oxygen-free copper conductors and double silicone insulation designed for industrial heating equipment, automotive engine compartments, and high-temperature manufacturing scenarios. The high-density silicone rubber ensures no softening or cracking under continuous loads up to 200°C and short-term resistance up to 250°C (e.g., emergency furnace shutdowns), which is a 15% increase in current-carrying capacity compared to high temperature wire 12 awg. 10 gauge wire is UL 3135 listed and compatible with SAE J1127, making it an ideal solution for use in high-temperature wire heating elements.
