- Product Details
High temperature silicone wire is designed for high temperature & high flexibility scenarios with oxygen-free copper conductors and double-layer silicone insulation for stable operation in environments ranging from -60°C to +200°C, with transient temperatures up to 300°C. The product is UL 3135, RoHS certified. The high temperature silicone insulated wire is suitable for use in harsh environments such as industrial heating equipment, aerospace and automotive engine compartments, and solves the disadvantages of traditional PVC wiring such as brittleness and melt damage.
- High-purity silicone rubber provides 200°C continuous operating temperature and 300°C short-term resistance (e.g., wiring around soldering torches and furnaces) without melt droplets or toxic gas release.
- Passes UL 1581 oil resistance test and UV aging test to resist grease, acid, alkali, and ozone; 15+ years of service life.
- Passed VW-1 vertical flame test
- 40% lighter than the same size rubberized cable and reduces the burden of equipment wiring.

FAQ
What is the typical temperature rating of silicone wire?
Most silicone wires are rated for –60 °C to +200 °C, depending on construction and applicable standards.
What applications use high temperature silicone wire?
It is commonly used in industrial machinery, heating equipment, ovens, motors, lighting, and automotive or aerospace components exposed to heat.
Is high temperature silicone wire flexible?
Yes. Silicone insulation remains highly flexible even at low temperatures, making it suitable for tight routing and vibration-prone environments.
