2 Core Silicone Wire is a dual core cable designed for high temperature and high flexibility applications. It features a stranded tinned copper conductor and a double-layer silicone insulation/sheath construction for stable operation in environments ranging from -60°C to +200°C. Its lightweight, flame retardant design complies with UL, RoHS and IEC standards and is used in a wide range of applications such as household appliances, lighting fixtures, industrial machinery, heating products, automotive wiring, HVAC systems, gas appliances, etc. The 2 core high temperature silicone wire conductor design allows for simultaneous transmission of power and signals and reduces wiring complexity compared to single core high temperature wire.
Product Features
1. Conductors with low eccentricity and uniform thickness effectively prevent current from penetrating the wire sheath, ensuring electrical safety.
2. Tinned copper wires feature a bright surface, strong oxidation resistance, good electrical resistance, and excellent conductivity and stability.
3. Silicone resin insulation provides protective sheaths that are highly flexible, flame-retardant, and waterproof.
4. Halogen-free materials with low smoke emissions and flame-retardant properties (IEC 60332-1).
