- Product Details
The H05RN-F cable is a flexible, medium-duty rubber-insulated power cable designed for supplying electricity to portable devices and light industrial equipment. The cable consists of fine-stranded copper conductors, insulated and sheathed with high-quality rubber compounds. This cable is suitable for installation in dry, damp, and wet environments, including temporary outdoor power supply scenarios. It is an ideal choice for low mechanical stress environments such as residential areas, kitchens, offices, and industrial equipment.
Product Features
- The rubber insulation layer offers exceptional abrasion resistance, moisture resistance, and resistance to mild corrosion.
- Resistant to oils, fats, and ozone, and suitable for permanent outdoor use, offering a significant durability upgrade over standard rubber (H05RR-F) cables.
- Exceptionally pliable and easy to handle.
- Manufactured and certified to the European harmonised standard EN 50525-2-21

FAQ
What is the difference between H05RN-F and H07RN-F?
The main differences are voltage rating and mechanical durability. H05RN-F is rated 300/500V for medium duty (e.g., kitchen appliances). H07RN-F is rated 450/750V for heavy duty (e.g., industrial generators) and has a thicker sheath.
What is the difference between H05RN-F and H05RR-F?
While both are rubber cables, H05RN-F has a Polychloroprene (PCP) sheath which is oil and weather resistant. H05RR-F has a natural rubber sheath which is not oil resistant and is intended for indoor use only.
Is H05RN-F flame retardant?
Yes. The Polychloroprene sheath is self-extinguishing and flame retardant, complying with IEC 60332-1-2 standards.
