Composition of H07RN-F cable
Conductor: Stranded with multiple strands of fine copper wire, this construction improves the flexibility of the cable, allowing for better shape adaptation when bending, conforming to the requirements of DIN VDE 0295 and IEC 60228 standards for high category conductors, usually oxygen-free pure copper, annealed to increase flexibility and reduce resistance.
Insulation: The use of the high mechanical properties of the rubber material EPR (Ethylene Propylene Rubber) provides good electrical insulation, while ensuring stability and durability in harsh environments. This insulation is resistant to high and low temperatures, oil and chemical attack.
Sheathing: The outer layer is usually a reinforced PCP (Polychloroprene) sheath providing additional mechanical protection against oils and chemicals, as well as certain flame retardant properties.
