- Product Details
LiHH cable is a multi-core, low smoke and halogen free (LSZH), flame retardant, unshielded, flexible data transmission control cable designed for indoor industrial applications. It is rated at 250/250V and is suitable for data transmission, signaling, measurement and control equipment. Unlike conventional LiYY cables or LiYCY cables, LiHH cables utilize low smoke and halogen free insulation and outer jacketing in their construction. It eliminates toxic halogen emissions during combustion and is optimized for use in public spaces, tunnels and industrial facilities.
- Standards Compliance
VDE 0482-266-2-4/IEC 60332-3-24 (flame retardant)
IEC 61304 (smoke density)
IEC 60754 (Halogen free) - Multi-core design (2 to 50 cores) but with a small outer diameter for easy installation.
- Low capacitance: Insulation provides integrity of signal transmission over long distances and is especially suited for low frequency cable applications.
- EMI Resistance: Suitable for low-frequency cable applications (up to 1MHz), paired with shielded variants like LiHCH (TP) for noisy environments.

FAQ
What is the main difference between LiHH and LiYY cable?
The insulation material. LiYY uses PVC, which releases toxic smoke and corrosive gas when burned. LiHH uses a Halogen-Free (LSZH) compound.
Is LiHH cable flame retardant?
Yes. Although it is halogen-free, it is designed to be self-extinguishing and flame retardant according to IEC 60332-1-2.
Can LiHH cable be used outdoors?
No. Standard LSZH materials are highly sensitive to moisture and UV radiation. Exposure to sunlight will cause the jacket to degrade and crack rapidly. LiHH is strictly designed for dry or damp indoor environments.
