The 5 core armoured cable functions as the primary power feed for 0.6/1kV circuits demanding distinct live, neutral, and earth connections.
The 5 core swa cable combines stranded copper conductors (Class 2), XLPE insulation for thermal stability, a steel wire armour that withstands impact and rodent attack, and a UV-stabilized PVC outer sheath suitable for direct burial or exposed outdoor runs.
It is specified for industrial power distribution, commercial building supplies, solar farm collector circuits, and any three-phase system where a separate earth is mandated—installed underground, in concrete, on cable trays, or clipped to structural steel.
